Founded in 1986, Wilbur Plumbing & Heating Inc. is committed to improving the quality of plumbing systems and indoor air for residents of Central Pennsylvania. We are a local company, supporting the local economy.

Quite simply, we have the most professional, well trained and friendliest team in the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania area. Our service quality, attention to detail and cleanliness are consistently high when maintaining, installing or servicing your plumbing, heating, air conditioning and air quality systems.

We could not have been more pleased with the service
Being self employed and family owned; we know the importance of customer service and reliable quality workmanship. We could not have been more pleased with the service Colin gave to us the day he came to service the heat pump central air unit at one of our rentals. Most of our colleges have retired as well and finding a skilled tradesman is difficult. When making the appointment for service I found the representative on the phone professional and very accommodating. Most importantly the appointment was scheduled for next day service. I received a text that the technician was on his way. Colin arrived early, he was cordial and polite he offered me information about comfort care service from the company, noted the phone number on the brochure and answered my questions. Throughout the process Colin kept me informed of what was happening and quoted me the price for the repair as he assessed what it would take to get the unit running properly again. He repaired the unit and answered my questions completely. Mr. Wilbur, When company reputation and integrity matter; you are well represented with the quality staff you depend upon to offer your customers dependable, knowledgeable service. Thank you again for the quality work Colin… you will be the technician we will request for all of our service calls.

Jeff Wilbur

Founder and president of Jeffrey A. Wilbur Plumbing and heating, Inc. Jeff started working while still in Junior High School for his Grandfather in a family owned business. "I was blessed to learn early in life about a strong work ethic and treating people with honesty and integrity from my Father and Grandfather in their business". That experience inspired Jeff too start his own business in May of 1986. With one pick-up truck and working out of a 10' x 20' garage that they rented Jeff and his wife Holly took the plunge (no pun intended) and started Wilbur Plumbing and Heating, Inc. For 27 years they have operated out of the Mechanicsburg area and have become known as the Hometown company for friendly, personal and professional Plumbing and HVAC service. Jeff lives in rural Mechanicsburg with his wife of 30 years, Holly. They have 3 adult children. Colton, Brianna and Joshua who is now working with them in the family business.

Holly Wilbur

My role here at JWP&H has always been working with the financial side of the business. I have worked with my husband now for 27 years...it really doesn't seem like that long ago when we started out with a little desk in the corner of our family room. I have always supported the business with my education in accounting however; my main focus was always our children. We have 3 awesome young adults now and they are all so successful in their own right. I have a strong sense of faith & family. I very much enjoy baking, riding motorcycles with Jeff and spending time with the kids when their schedules allow.

Josh Wilbur

Plumbing Technician

Josh was born and raised in Mechanicsburg and is the oldest of three children. He attended Cumberland Valley High School and began working for his father, during his summers off school, as nothing more than a helper. He then went to Penn State University where he attained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. During his college years, Josh actually never showed much interest in pursuing the family business until a family vacation in 2010. What seemed like meaningless conversations about the fate of the family business, when Jeff would decide to retire, would bring Josh to realization that he could watch his father's once grassroots organization simply fall by the wayside. After completing college, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps as a plumber and HVAC technician to carry his father's business legacy into a second generation of the Wilbur family. Josh aspires to provide the south central Pennsylvania region with many more years of stellar service, while striving to always exceed customers' expectations.
