We could not have been more pleased with the service
Being self employed and family owned; we know the importance of customer service and reliable quality workmanship. We could not have been more pleased with the service Colin gave to us the day he came to service the heat pump central air unit at one of our rentals. Most of our colleges have retired as well and finding a skilled tradesman is difficult. When making the appointment for service I found the representative on the phone professional and very accommodating. Most importantly the appointment was scheduled
for next day service. I received a text that the technician was on his way. Colin arrived early, he was cordial and polite he offered me information about comfort care service from the company, noted the phone number on the brochure and answered my questions. Throughout the process Colin kept me informed of what was happening and quoted me the price for the repair as he assessed what it would take to get the unit running properly again. He repaired the unit and answered my questions completely. Mr. Wilbur, When company reputation and integrity matter; you are well represented with the quality staff you depend upon to offer your customers dependable, knowledgeable service. Thank you again for the quality work Colin… you will be the technician we will request for all of our service calls.

The Job Was Flawless
Last week we replaced our tank water heater with a tankless system. Had quotes from Zimmerman and Wilbur. Went with Wilbur. The job was flawless with care to prevent dirt or damage. The removal no problem. The repiping and hookup is truly a work of industrial art. Exceptional work, timeliness, and pricing. I highly recommend Wilbur Plumbing

Very Pleased
My wife and I were having problems with our water system, leaks and a system that had been
installed by a very bad plumber. We called Wilbur Plumbing to fix a leak that was getting worse by the
minute. Josh came out, fixed the leak and looked over the system that our old plumber “leaky Dave”
installed. He said it may be time to upgrade or redo some of our system. Josh and Mark came out to
evaluate the system. Our ph and hardness were not right, the filter system was not working right, the
well tank was leaking and there was air coming into the system. We decided to put in a new well tank,
redo the old filter and add a water softener. This was a big job that would require more than one day
but they did not leave until we had water for the night. The next day they were back, finished the job,
and found and fixed a cracked fitting in our well house. Our system is spot on now and will serve us for
many years. These guys did an excellent install, it is neat and clean, all fittings(shutoffs) easy to get to
and pipes are run and clamped to the walls. These guys take pride in their work and even kept saying
that they “own” the system, meaning they wanted to do the service each year so that they could make
sure that it was running the way it should. Win-win for us. Our last plumber left us with a system that
did not work correctly and did not come to service the system. As a contractor myself it is nice to see
guys that take the time to do the job right. Thanks, guys.

Highly suggest his company
He has given more attention to our unit than any of the two prior service companies we had used, and he’s only known us a week. We spent thousands with other companies and got poor response and no satisfaction. Here is a man who spends the time and cares. Highly suggest his company. I have a lot of respect for what he does.

Very Knowledgeable
Jeff and his team were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Were very easy to work with and were very friendly. They were very timely in their work and explained what was happening during the install of our heat pump. They kept everything clean and orderly during their time here and made sure everything was working properly before they left our house. They explained how everything worked and what would happen in the upcoming months. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any HVAC or Plumbing that would need to be done. They were one of the better priced contractors that we had spoken to as well.

We were extremely impressed with how Jeff Wilbur came to our home and measured every room to give us the proper estimate. Our installation crew was excellent. He invited questions and made every effort to explain to us what we needed to know about our new system. He went out of his way to install the new system exactly where we wanted it, and even went as far as correcting the errors made by the previous and original installers of our old systems. He took the time after a long hot day to review with us the wifi thermostat and went as far as walking us through the website. We cannot be more pleased in our choice of Wilbur Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

More than Professional
Hello Jeffrey,
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I appreciate you contacting me with a thank
you. Also I will take the survey here shortly. I have called your service to my home twice now
to work on my central air unit. Each time your technicians have been more than professional,
courteous, and very accurate the first time around with diagnosing the problem each time. I will
continue to call upon your Plumbing and Heating services at all times as the need comes up. The
first time there were two technicians here, they fixed my problem, and then they explained my
situation at the time, and how to enhance my heating system by making a correction that should
be done as far as the drain pipe from my inside unit, which was the problem to begin with. This
past time your technician Bryan was here once again, and he assessed the problem quickly on my
outside unit, and talked to me about still considering that correction work on the inside unit at
some point. None of your people are pushy, and I appreciate that aspect of their work, and
because of that, I told Bryan I would really try to get the work done before winter sets in. He
gave me an estimate for the work that should be done, which helps me to prepare for the job at
hand. Most times I would just turn to the yellow pages and start trying to figure out who I should
call, and then I saw your commercial a couple of times with the 8 to 8 service, so I thought I
would give you a try. When I call into your office, your secretary has always been very pleasant,
and strives to get an appointment made and to work out the time frame. She is also very much of
an asset to your business, as she is the front line to whatever comes next. She is helpful. Thank
you again, and I wish you continued success.

I could not have had a better experience.
I want to truly thank Jon, Bryan, and the 3 rd guy (I can’t remember his name!) SO Much for their work
last Friday.. I LOVE my new system. They installed it promptly, cleanly, courteously, and answered my
questions throughout. They were nothing but completely professional. I could not have had a better
experience. Thank you to all 4 of you for your work and dedication. Holly has been great as well setting
things up via phone throughout all. I have and will continue to praise your work to others.
They all were dressed in your work shirts and shorts… Just kidding on the shorts. I also learned last week
that Ryan Hartman is your nephew AND that Colt Wilbur is a relation. Crazy small world.

Whether it was putting in our baseboard heat or Dean servicing our heating system, the quality of work was always outstanding. This was obvious again when Greg and Robert came out for a recent plumbing issue. Not only was my after-hours call answered promptly, but I got two call-backs to assure that the request was addressed. Greg and Robert quickly diagnosed the problem, and then took the time to clearly explain the situation to me and what options were available. Caring Service
We are very pleased to be able to comment on your services. The office secretary is so nice, pleasant and takes care of the nature of our call. No matter what kind of day you’re having she always answers with how can we put a smile on your face today? It makes you perk up and enjoy your day.
We have had to call for various problems, the appointment is set quickly and they try always to be here at the time set up. The service teams are very clean, uniforms are neat and clean. They will put shoe protectors over their shoes each time they need to go out to their truck and re-enter the home. The job is evaluated, explained as to what is needed to fix the problem and quote the price it will be. Your team members are kind, caring and very educated in the work they do.
Before closing, I would like to share with you an example of caring service men. I had to stay home this particular day, due to being very sick. Our front bathroom was backing up in the commode and tub. This was truly a mess. I called and within a half hour to an hour, your men were out. This was truly not the best of calls to go out to. They took care of the problem, seeing I was so sick, and cleaned the large mess inside my tub, scrubbed the tub and cleaned the commode and even washed up the floor. This is what you will find in a company such as yours. We are very happy you are located in our area. More people need to learn what you offer and reasonable prices.
